Lubasha : Spoilers: эпизод 13.01 - "Bloodline" a.k.a. Borderline 13.03.2006 DeeDee http://www.erforums.com/forum Director: Stephen Cragg Work dates: 3/21-3/30 ...(Abby's baby) is born, and of course there is the requisite NICU drama for little Damien/Delia (or whatever the evil one is named). We also have a elderly woman whose son was injured in the ER shooting...maybe Jerry's mom? Her name's Fanny. She's 65-75, small, quite outspoken. She's a doting mom, "never liked her son working in that cesspool" (the ER). It's sweet how much she loves her son. As far as NICU drama, there's a doctor and a nurse involved in the birth and care of little (baby) ... Baby Joe/****** is born. Grandma Maggie is there. Luka pops up to NICU and asks "How's the boy?" Abby's a b***h. Baby's been on a vent for a week and doesn't look like he'll be coming off anytime soon. There are currently only 3 sides out, two of which have another title at the top along with 'writer's draft', so I figure the kid's born in 13.1 and the NICU stuff takes place in 13.2. Gates returns. I like Jerry's mom. He makes it through surgery. Morris is good with Jerry's mom. Not much else to report at present. Oh, and Steve and his gang still have Sam and Alex. --------------------------- 14.03.2006 Daisy http://p086.ezboard.com/baeb Maggie. Is. Back. And it's a boy, his name's Joe and a week after birth he' still intubated and struggling. Poor Lubylet! Ooooh, darlings, handsome Gates' back! Ah, kids, Jerry's mom wanted him to be a lawyer and sent the aplication to Harvard herself. But he was rejected four times! Fanny's not a nice old lady, kids. But she'is a nice old lady in her own way. She's Jewish and Morris wants to bond with her over it. Oh, sorry, honey, yes, Jerry's very much alive. Fanny's his mother. I think some of you guessed that the baby would be in trouble and Abby would bleed out. Luka's there when the baby is born. Abby's pissed Luka told Maggie to come, but he didn't. Luka just told Maggie what was happening because she's Abby's mother. Maggie realizes there's something wrong with the baby in the NIUC and sort of saves the day. But this is so confusing and I'm just a poor Daisy, I will let the experts explain all the medical stuff to you all, sweethearts. Ah, kiddo, don't you love Morris? I do! He's very nice to Fanny. Kerry lectures Pratt. He's going to be an attending in a few weeks. She says better figure out how to educate his residents without making them feel like crap. Watch out! Old Kerry's back to her game. I know some of you would like to know and I love you all so much! Abby: 'This is really working. Let's not mess it up'. Luka: 'I'll take the love, we'll save marriage for later'. Yes, honey, Sam and Alex are still alive, and so is Steve. It looks like Steve kills Rafe, but this Daisy could be wrong. Handsome Gates is working with Zadro, treating somoene who overdosed and has been unresponsive for ten minutes. He wants to put in an EJ, whatever it is! But Pratt's on the phone with him and says no, no, no. Gates lies to Zadro and says ER gave him the ok to the EJ thing. I smell trouble for the new member of the ER family... Oh, sorry, darling, I forgot to tell it, yes, you are right Coburn delivers the baby. Morris saved Jerry in ER. Neela saved Jerry in OR. Sam tells Alex she knows she messed up a lot of thing, but won't let anyone hurt him. This Daisy could be wrong, but looks like both Rafe and Mary are history. Alex is scared.

Lubasha : 14.03.2006 shygirly28 http://p089.ezboard.com/btheerexchange Sides are out for "Bloodline", #1 and "Graduation Day", #2. John Stamos is back in #2. Abby delivers baby boy "Joe" with Luka by her side. Both mom and baby are definitely in jeopardy. Abby realizes, as she starts to fade that shes loosing a lot of blood, she's a bit withdrawn from Luka, only really worrying about her son. The baby is intubated and taken to the NICU, where it seems he is going to stay for a long while. Grandma Maggie shows up, frusterating her daghter quite a bit, but ends up "saving the day", when she notices something is wrong with her grandson. (she gets all "terms of endearment crazy" on one of the nurses to call Dr. Rabb, who is treating little Joe) There is a love declaration, but we only have the very end of it. It seems that Luka brings up marriage, but Abby doesnt want them to get ahead of themselves, so he settles for "love". -seems that Pratt will be an attending soon. -Fanny is Jerrys mom -Nella is back in the OR with Dubenko -more Sam/Alex stuff 14.03.2006 Northern dancer1 http://p089.ezboard.com/btheerexchange Dr. Raab tells Maggie that Abby was a brilliant student. Maggie says Abby never gives herself any credit. Dr Raab observes that the best ones never do. Luka and Abby seem strong and tight. How wonderful that Luka gets to see his baby born! (Speculating now) As per my hunch, this looks like a multi-episode story arc, and this baby looks to be a fighter, plus he has the entire ER rooting for him. Should make a powerful opening to the new season. 14.03.2006 Stormwatcher77 http://p089.ezboard.com/btheerexchange Borderline: we probably only have about 10% of the spoilers. Jerry is in surgery and it turns out the bullet nicked his heart. His mother, Fanny, comes and tells those who will listen more than anyone wanted to know. Morris is strangely interested in the fact that Fanny is Jewish. Jerry survives. Pratt tells Jerry that Morris got him through the ER, and that Neela got him through surgery. Pratt also tells Neela surgery was lucky to have her, but she says she misses the ER. Rafe, Steve, and Mary are still on the run with hostages Sam and Alex. They are stopped by a local police officer, and, fearful they are being discovered because of a fade ID, Rafe guns the SUV motor and races away. Much later, in a rural area, next to a run down shack, Sam and Alex wait by the car, and then they hear gun shots. Steve comes from around the shack, knowing that Sam and Alex know what he has done. He offers them some chips. The first we see of them, Abby has delivered the baby as Luka looks on. The baby is small, blue and floppy. While the team code the baby, intubating. Coburn is unhappy because Abby is not clotting properly. The baby pinks up with the intubation and the team moves the baby out. Coburn struggles to get the bleeding under control.

Lubasha : 14.03.2006 Cinefaythe http://p089.ezboard.com/btheerexchange Jerry is in surgery because his heart was nicked by a bullet in 12.22. Despite Jerry being big and robust, to his tiny mother Fanny, Jerry is not very hardy and she worries that he “might wilt under all this.” She dotes over Jerry and is proud of him and blames the ER for his troubles and bad pay. She says Jerry could have been a lawyer and gone to Harvard—no matter, of course, that he was rejected four times. LOL. She sacrificed her water aerobics to be there during his surgery, but you get the impression she has sacrificed more than that over the years for him. One thing being Fanny apparently fills in for what she consider his meager ER salary. Jerry survives his surgery. Alex and Sam are still held captive by Steve and his cohorts. Sam is desperate to find a way out, and their scene at the metal yard is emotional to me. Poor Alex, who always came off as aloof at best with Sam, angry at worst, confesses his fear to his mother and clings to her. Sam rises to the occasion and tells him that while she has messed up before she will not let anything happen to him. The sides say her need to protect him is visceral, and I think Sam will act very selflessly when it comes to protecting Alex, and I wonder what that will mean for both of their survival. As if that weren't emotional enough . . . Abby delivers a son. Unlike tiny Fanny and her robust son Jerry, Abby gives birth to a “small, blue, floppy baby.” Coburn delivers, and I believe Abby has had a C-section, since they are in the obstetrical OR and Coburn is sewing up her uterus when her clotting complication happens. A song is playing as Abby bleeds out while the baby is coding, and I am curious what it is. It says Luka reaches for her hand, but she is "lost deep within herself," as she is losing blood and focused on her son just like the other mothers in the story. As with Sam and Alex, at this point Abby’s survival and the baby's is in question. I am so glad that Neela is doing well. However, I have to go back and examine the timing of all this, since last thing I remember about Neela was her returning to Gallant's gravesite. ETA: I mean because Neela is doing Jerry's surgery. Given what we know about Gallant, I am going to take his mother’s speech to Neela in Strange Bedfellows as foreshadowing for Neela’s next relationship or generally about pursuing challenges. Neela is attempting surgery, is excelling, and the ER staff is proud of her. “That’s our girl” Pratt says. Neela is attempting surgery, is excelling, and the ER staff is proud of her. “That’s our girl” Pratt says. 21.03.2006 Doc Sharon http://p086.ezboard.com/baeb Season 13 premieres 15-20 minutes after the shooting, and it is 1:36PM. The police are setting up barricades and starting to interview witnesses, Kerry tells them that one of the nurses was taken hostage. That's it. 27.03.2006 http://www.spoilerfix.com/othershows.php 03/27 - Episode 12.23 – Bloodline (aka “Borderline”): [The following spoilers are directly linked to episode 12.22 and give answers to what happens in that episode. You have been warned. Highlight if you want to be that spoiled... Sam and Alex seem to be the hostages of Steve, Mary and Rafe, who are on the run since their breakout from prison (via the ER) in the previous episode. Morris treats Jerry, who was admitted after he was shot at during the breakout. Fanny, Jerry’s mother, is at the hospital and keeps complaining about her son’s career. Dubenko performs the operation on Jerry. With Kovac and Coburn by her side, Abby delivers her baby. Let’s say things don’t go smoothly once the baby is out. Neela and Pratt also appear.]

Lubasha : Spoilers: эпизод 13.02 - "Graduation Day" 28 сентября 2006 года 14.03.2006 Stormwatcher77 http://p089.ezboard.com/btheerexchange Graduation Day: perhaps 5% of the spoilers, in draft form. Weaver instructs Pratt on the attending role, noting that he has to figure out how to educate the residents without making the feel like crap. Later, Pratt gives instructions to some EMT’s, saying they cannot put in an "EJ" to an overdose patient. At the emergency site, Gates tells the other EMTs that he has permission from the ER to do the procedure. The other EMTs are surprised he got permission. Meanwhile, it’s been a week and baby Joe is still intubated. Maggie is visiting, knitting while she sits next to the baby. The baby may have a heart murmur. Later, Luka stops in between patients in the ER; Maggie has been reading the baby stories; Abby is pacing. Much later, Abby and Luka talk. I think he must have talked marriage, but Abby must have declined, saying she doesn’t want to mess things up because they are really working; Luka says he’ll take love, and save marriage for later. Back in the NICU, however, after having the tube taken out, the baby takes a turn for the worse, and Maggie must demand that the NICU resident be called to the case. As Abby and Luka come into the NICU, Maggie tells them the tube is being put back in. 24.03.2006 dubenko junkie http://p086.ezboard.com/baeb Well sides are out for Graduation Day and Abby did indeed have a hysterectomy after the c-section. TPTB are going for maximum angst all the way around on this one. In short, Abby is scared the baby is going to die, she tells Luka she wants them to live together and be a family but doesn't need a white dress and a ring to say I love you. Maggie is working her last nerve, Luka wants the chaplain to baptise Joe now. The line "the boy" was changed to "my boy" and they have a scene where Albright and Anspaugh are operating on the baby while Abby watches from the obs deck. Looks like the head honchos at the hospital want someone's head to roll for the Clemente fiasco. They've chosen Kovac to be canned. Kerry is unhappy with this. Morris asks Kerry for his job back, Gates is an intern and EMT, Neela gets drunk at Ike's. Sam shoots Steve apparently in self defense, Elliot brings Sam to the ER and she tells Kerry she needs a rape exam...it's angst for everyone. I suppose we can move it to a new thread but yes some of the 13.1 and 13.2 two stuff is overlapping, mixed together. And it's not Dubenko operating on the infant, it's Albright and I too think it's odd that a trauma surgeon is operating on an infant, there are surgeons who specialize in various types of surgeries, trauma surgeons aren't the ones who would be performing these procedures. But then, when has ER ever been overly accurate where this is concerned? I don't want to add my own theories to the sides, but the way the Sam stuff is written it seems that there is more than initially meets the eye. Elliot (Armand Assante) is somewhat doing the exposition for us with saying Sam shot Steve in self defense, I don't think this is how things really went down. As for the Clemente situation, it seems there are lawsuits against the hospital, questions of Luka's ability as cheif for keeping Clemente on after the trouble and issues he had with Jodie, the police etc. They want someone to be held accountable. Kerry states that she hired Clemente. Anspaugh intimates that Kerry should be quiet and let Kovac take the fall. 24.03.2006 ima63 http://p086.ezboard.com/baeb Couple of things: Raab has given Abby and Luka a bit of a tongue lashing, saying they need to step back and let the NICU staff do there stuff. There's a lovely bit when Luka talks quietly to the baby in Croatian, saying "it doesn't matter why you came early, we're glad you're here, Joe." Maggie insists on sitting in with Abby during a lactation seminar, Abby wants Maggie to give her some privacy. As Maggie moves into the hallway she sees Luka. He tells her that Abby is afraid, that it's been a hard couple of days and to give her daughter some time. Anspaugh and the legal/admin guys note that Luka was running the floor the day of Clemente's meltdown, when Jodie was brought in, when Clemente signed off on a patient whose family are now suing. Weaver is horrified that Luka isn't being given a chance to defend himself - they are composing his dismissal press release right there. Later on, Weaver tries to tell Anspaugh that she was the one who hired Clemente, but Anspaugh retorts that Weaver warned Kovac to fire him, but Luka ignored the request. He then says to Kerry that someone has got to take the fall for this. Anspaugh is operating on Joe (bit ironic that, as he's just fired the kid's dad - I assume Luka knows nothing of this), with Albright and Ari, the anesthesiologist. I'm unclear on the Sam/Elliot stuff too - at first I thought Elliot must be a cop, forgot about old rich guy. He tells Sam that only him and her know and that all she has to do is fill out a rape report and tell the cops she shot him in self defense. I wonder if it was Elliot who came to Sam's aid - and that he shot Steve? We hear that Jerry is "pulling through".

Lubasha : 24.03.2006 Stormwatcher77 http://p089.ezboard.com/btheerexchange During this episode, Maggie arrives and Abby is frustrated at Maggie’s attempts to be helpful. Luka counsels Maggie to give Abby some time. Abby has had a c-section and a hysterectomy. Luka must offer marriage to Abby, who decides that since Neela is living at her apartment, and Abby is always at Luka’s, they should move in together. Abby says that she is sure about her ambivalence … towards marriage it seems… and is happy to say she loves him, and Luka agrees that he’ll settle for love. Later, Maggie sees that the baby is in distress and calls the doctors. The baby must be re-intubated. Despite Abby’s insistence that the baby will live, Luka is not as confident and has the baby baptized while in surgery. Abby agonizes from the observation deck. Meanwhile, Kerry has to decide whether or not to let the administrators of the hospital fire Luka for the Clemente mess. Seems not only did Clemente melt down in the ER, but a family is suing the hospital for Clemente’s actions as an attending. The big-wigs, including Anspaugh, want someone to take the fall. Gates sees Neela the day after the shooting and congratulates her on staying out of the line of fire. Her cold shoulder dismays Gates until Pratt tells him about Gallant’s death. Meanwhile, Gates is a hot-shot EMT, ignoring Pratt’s instructions. Some days later, Gates finds Neela very drunk at a bar with two guys wanting to “help” her home. He decks one of them and gets her home. He turns down her flirtations. Later, on the first day of intern orientation, Gates shows up, and Neela apologizes for her behavior. Pratt begins orientation and Gates is part of it. Somehow, Sam seeks Elliot’s advice about something and confesses her actions. He tells her that she will get a rape exam and tell the police she shot in self defense. Later, Kerry gives her the rape exam and indicates Abby’s baby is a boy, and that Jerry will pull through. Morris begs Kerry to hire him as an attending. Later we see Morris giving a sales presentation to ICU attendings that is not well received. Pratt calls Morris out of the meeting to tell him something. 25.03.2006 Doc Sharon http://p086.ezboard.com/baeb Lots of new stuff available: The muffin scene where Abby is irritated with Maggie occurs a week after Joe's birth. The baby is doing very poorly, multiple lines and tubes, on a vent, under bili lights and wearing eye shades to protect him. The baby does indeed have NEC (necrotizing enterocolitis) **and needs an emergency bowel resection which occurs sometime after the preceding scene. Anspaugh (yay!) and Albright are doing the procedure and the baby is doing very poorly. The chaplain is actually baptizing him as this happens in the OR (have no idea why they waited this long). Abby and Luka are watching the surgery, Abby's on the observation deck, not sure about Luka. Luka is praying aloud in Croatian (and will be so hot our TV screens will melt, no doubt). Neela and Gates go back to Abby's apartment (looks like Neela is staying there). Neela has been drinking a lot, there are beer cans all over the place, she wants another and Gates tells her she doesn't need it. Seems that Gates punched somebody apparently in her defense while they were out. ** We don't actually hear it in the script, but, the physical findings we get when Maggie sees him as well as the surgery he is having, make me 99% sure. Trust me, I'm a doctor. Elliot is telling Sam that all she needs to do is fill out a rape report and say she shot him in self defense and she'll be OK. I hope it is Steve they are discussing. Sam is worried the police won't believe her but Eliot reassures her that it is the truth and so he knows the cops will believe it. Gates and his partner bring in a guy who is wearing a tinfoil hat to get better reception while climbing the Tribune Tower, he fell. I kid you not. Weaver and Pratt are taking care of him. Gates sees Neela, calls her Mayday and gets a chilly response, Pratt and Weaver tell him what happened to Gallant and he is shocked and saddened about it. At this point, Sam enters and Weaver hugs her, she tells Weaver she needs a rape exam. Elliot is with her. Maggie appears to be keeping a notebook to keep track of what is going on with the baby. Abby is, of course, seemingly not happy about it. There's a scene where a resident is trying to insert a PICC line into the kid with Raab supervising and Maggie standing there asking questions with Abby whispering critique of his technique to Luka as it is being done. No pressure there, God help the poor resident. Neela is meeting the new interns for orientation and who should turn up but Gates! This appears to be the next day after he took her home, she is embarrassed, he is glad he was there and was able to get her home safely. Morris appears to be pitching a fancy new drug to the ICU staff and it is not going well. Looks like Pratt tries to rescue him but Morris doesn't seem to get what is happening. Abby is angry at Maggie because somehow Raab gave Abby a 'lashing' and now she feels like an embarrassed teen. Maybe Raab overheard her yell at Maggie about something, I don't know. Maggie and Abby go to a lactation seminar, while Luka stands at the crib and speaks to the baby in Croatian. He does call him 'Joe' and tells him that it doesn't matter that he came early, he is so glad he is there. As Weaver is doing the rape kit, Sam asks about everyone and Weaver fills her in on the sex of the baby and Jerry's status. Abby has indeed had a hysterectomy and is impatient with the lactation consultant and Maggie as they try to help her use the breast pump, she wants them to leave her alone and let her do it by herself. Maggie assures Abby that she has used a pump and could help, but Abby tells her she has never had a cesarian, a hysterectomy and a preemie and she cannot help and tells her to leave. Maggie tries to say something but Abby cuts her off. Outside, Maggie talks to Luka about her frustration and how much she wants to help. He makes excuses for Abby, she is afraid, things have been tough the past couple days, etc..... Maggie says Abby can't afford to be afraid right now and her behaviour is exactly what she always does when Maggie is around; she is annoyed by every single thing Maggie says or does. She tells Luka that Abby should be upset the day that Maggie doesn't care enough about her to come and try to help. At least other NICU moms seem to appreciate Maggie as she talks to them about their children. The hospital attorneys want Luka fired and cite multiple occasions when Luka was on duty and something happened and claim he didn't properly manage the situation including the day Jodie was brought in with the gunshot, as well as the day Clemente had the meltdown and the day some diabetic patient was mismanaged and is now suing. However, we already know that Luka did indeed 'manage' the situation after the shooting; he refused to allow Clemente to work and he insisted on getting him into the impaired physicians' program. This should have gone through some sort of medical staff committee for approval, too, so it wouldn't be just Luka deciding what to do about it. The whole thing is quite contrived as written. We've certainly never seen a situation where one attending was held responsible for another attending's mistake; I sure don't recall anyone but Luka being called out when the kid with leukemia crashed in Hindsight. As far as the diabetic, it seems like one of the residents must have screwed that up and Clemente signed off on it without thoroughly checking; no signs that Luka was supposed to be signing off on Clemente. It does sound like they want him fired altogether and not just to step down as ER Chief. After the debacle with the ICU docs, Morris wants his job back. Abby also seems to have been stricken with amnesia since she accuses Luka of wanting the baby baptized only because he thinks the baby is going to die, Luka doesn't deny it. Maggie tries to get her to ease up, Luka asks the nurse to get the chaplain anyway. BTW, based on the prayers he is saying, I don't think the chaplain is a Catholic priest, which means Joe could be baptized again in a Catholic church at some point. As for Gates and Neela; she is in Ike's and quite drunk when two horny guys offer to give her a ride home. Gates and Zadro are getting some takeout and Gates sees the guys with a very drunk Neela and rescues her, punching one of the guys out in the process. Zadro has to tell him to take it easy and back off.

Lubasha : Общие спойлеры на 13 сезон, которые только будут снимать в августе. DeeDee at ERforums has new information about the casting of new recurring characters for S13: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have some new recurring roles for season 13. Work dates for ep 3 are 8/7-8/16, so we'll get more detailed spoilers then: Dubenko gets a "lapdog", an offbeat surgical chief resident named Schiff, who's very smart, devious, and a "nasty prick". He appears in 5-7 episodes starting in ep 3. Pratt gets a love interest, a 40ish woman named Angela who's the acting chief of staff until a permanent replacement for Weaver is found. She appears in 5-6 episodes, starting in ep 3. Gates' father is a rough ex-military man and a drunk who's on the losing end of a barroom brawl when we first meet him in episode 5. He'll be around for 3 episodes. AND...(snip)....Abby's father. (snip)... His name is Jim, he's in his early 60's, and is rugged and cowboyishly handsome. He claims to be visiting a sick friend in the hospital, but is ill himself. Abby's drawn to him and tries to help him with his illness that he's neglecting (unspecified). She gets drunk with him one night and he tells her that he's her father. It's for an unspecified number of episodes, so I'm guessing it will be the bulk of the season, like Maggie in season 7. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Laura was on The View today. They showed a clip of her talking with Luka about "the Clemente situation" and talked with her about Kerry's storyline of losing the crutch. When they asked her about whether or not Kerry will find romance, she said that next season Kerry will meet someone and it will address the questions of who she is now without the crutch and how she feels about her body. The rest of the interview dealt with her adopted daughter (great family photos) and the group she's involved with to encourage people, especially minorities, to sign up for bone marrow donation. She was very warm and lively - quite the opposite from her introduction as the "take-no-prisoner ice queen Dr. Weaver!" It was a nice interview.

Lubasha : 1303 21.07.2006 Daisy http://p086.ezboard.com/baeb Hannah's your typical teenager. She hates her house, she hates the way her mother wants her to dress up for school, she doesn't want to follow the media model of beauty and she has a crush on a boy who doesn't know she exists. Don't worry, honey, it will pass, and soon you'll be older! Too soon. Gates: 'Most guys want the things they can't have. You ignore him, he'll come to you'. I know a certain doctor who ignored him, don't you, kids? Hannah is sharp and fun. Gates really loves her. They have a great father/daughter kind of relationship. No, sorry, they have a great Uncle Jess/surrogate daughter kind of relationship. What else? Gates studies hard for Med School and he 'lives' with Meg and Hannah. Kerry!!! Gates impress Neela. Baby lives. Isn't that great, kids? Luka is being sued by malpractice. Not sure exactyly what went wrong, but his patient had pneumonia and ended up with a stroke. I'm sure those who knows more about Medicine than me will explain the complicated details for you. Me thinks the new Chief of Staff Angela Lincoln is cool. She enters the ER asking for Luka, Pratt thinks she is just another sexy gal and... he puts his foot in his mouth. Angela tells Luka that they are going to have a seminar on managing assaultive behavior. Luka thinks it's good because people are still shaken by that. He means that bad Steve and his pals! Ah, and new bossy boss is supportive of Luka wrt lawsuit. Dustin Rosenfeld's the new OR Chief Resident. He's mean! He's evil! He is rude to Neela! He snaps his fingers when he calls people! Luka has 'baby duty'. Awww, cute! Me loves babies. Gates catches something Ray missed. He supports Neela when he sees Rosenfeld being mean to her. There's a bond. 'Nuff said. Rosenfeld is very mean. Yes, there are a few new people. Two others residents upstairs, Connely (a girl) and Maser (a boy). Also, there's someone new in ER, I can't tell you if it's a new nurse or a Med student, name's June. Kerry's working with Ray. Sam's around. Looks like Luka's still the boss downstairs. 21.07.2006 Doc Sharon http://p086.ezboard.com/baeb It is a daughter named Hannah, having the usual preteen fights with her mother, Meg, over school clothes and such and looking to Gates for support. He gives her advice about boys at school and the like. It's sounds a lot like PG-13 rated 'Uncle Jesse' stuff, so Stamos should rock it. It appears that Gates lives in the same place or maybe just the same apartment building as Meg and Hannah. Angela: refers to herself as director of medical affairs. She meets Pratt and is unimpressed with him. She and Luka are working on a seminar on handling 'assaultive behaviour' in response to the finale's events. Luka refers to himself as having 'Baby Duty' and needing to leave, so it appears the kiddo is still around. Not sure what eppy this is, though Neela is just meeting her fellow surgical interns for the first time, so it's timewise very close to the first couple of eppies. It looks like the surgical chief resident has been renamed and is now Rosenfeld. He is a jerk.He has unit clerks fetching beverages for him while he berates them. In the real world, he would be wearing the ginger ale. He is equally nasty to the interns. Dubenko is present for part of it and doesn't seem terribly upset by it which I think seems a little out of charcter. Neela is warmly greeted by Haleh and Chuny on returning to the ER as a surgeon and she and Gates commiserate a little about being interns as Ray is piling the work on Gates. Curtis Ames (Braugher's character, I think) is suing the hospital. He was admitted with pneumonia and kept in the ER for several days due to a bed shortage and had a stroke in that time (AB played a stroke victim on 'Homicide' and was fabulous, BTW, so TPTB are stealing it from there), about 2 years ago. Luka thought the suit had no merit and would be dismissed, but it is going to court. He is not happy about that as he is named in it. BTW, there's someone named 'Timmy' who gives Angela a phone message. Wonder if it's the original Timmy from back in Season One? Looks like Gates and Pratt will handle the drag queen's partner.

Lubasha : 28.07.2006 Stormwatcher77 http://p089.ezboard.com/btheerexchange the song used in the episode is going to be Tony Bennett singing, “You’re Nobody Till Somebody Loves You.” The basic lyrics are: You're a nobody till somebody loves you You're nobody till somebody cares You may be a king, you may possess the whole world and its gold But gold won't bring you happiness when you're gettin' old The world still is the same, you'll never change it As sure as the stars shine above You're nobody, nobody till somebody loves you So find yourself somebody to love. The story thought the episode is about Bennett Cray, a man in his mid-sixties, who runs a club with – and loves – Jim Anderson. Jim has a bad heart, and after being rushed to the hospital, if found to be in kidney failure. Jim thinks he may want to end it all, but Bennet wants him to keep fighting. Jim agrees but asks for his estranged family to come: his sister, brother and nephew. As the family arrives, and as he is about to get dialysis, Jim goes into heart failure because Gates, the intern, failed to read about Jim’s current meds. But Gates has noticed the tender love between the two men. The nephew is conflicted as the family debates and decides, over Bennett’s objections, to let Jim die. Gates steps forward and orders a medication that will save Jim’s life (which gets Gates in trouble with Pratt). Jim survives and in the final montage, as Tony Bennett sings, “You’re nobody until somebody cares…” the nephew comes in and places a baseball card in Jim’s hand. There is no Luka-Abby interaction during the main body of the episode, until the end. Somewhere in, perhaps, the third act, Abby has taken baby Joe out for a stroll and is sitting near the river. She wanted Neela to come alone, but Neela and Morris show up together and they both coo over the baby. Morris notes that the baby looks like Luka and Abby says that babies look like the father at first to keep the father from getting insecure, “and clubbing you both to death, or something like that.” Otherwise, we have the earlier spoilers of Luka meeting Angela, and Luka’s need to leave to tend to “baby duty.” This is where, as spoiled earlier, Luka learns that there is a pending law suit by a patient. Meanwhile, Luka is busy handling the ER – with new interns and some electrical problems discovered during the repairs of the place after the shooting. Abby and Luka are in bed near the end of the episode, exhausted and talking quietly but we don’t know what their conversation is about. But in the final montage, we see them in bed, with the baby sleeping between them, while they are awake, and Tony Bennett sings, “You may be king, you may possess the world and its gold….” It seems as if Neela is on her first day of her surgical internship. The chief resident of the OR is Rosenfeld, who seems to have a borderline personality. He is abrasive, to say the least, and assigns Neela to a stenographer role in assessing a patient. In the midst of her distress, she notices that Gates, now an intern, is also being put-upon by Ray in the ER. Among other things, Ray seems to be on “medi-flight duty” and is waiting to be called to the roof. Neela and Gates have an awkward conversation. She offers help in his new role as an intern and then both admit things are difficult for them both, but agree to have coffee ... sometime. Just then, the electrical problems stop the lights from flickering and they come on finally – and both Neela and Gates abruptly bolt from the conversation. And as the closing montage unfolds, Neela lays on her couch with a beer and a photo of Gallant, with the lyrics, “But gold won’t bring you happiness…” Sam, while still a good nurse, seems to be struggling some in the aftermath of the shooting (and her distress might be that she feels responsible that Steve came into the ER, but clearly there is more). Luka consoles her, noting that without her actions, he would be dead. Sam says that she has Alex in counseling but he’s bottling up his feelings. Luka offers to help with Alex but Sam declines, noting he has enough going on right now. As they part, Luka assures her that it was all self defense, but Sam only tries to agree with his assessment. In the final montage, Sam curls around a sleeping Alex, crying, as Tony sings, “when you are growing old.” Kerry is back, as an attending. She and Pratt talk about the awkwardness as a result of Kerry being “an equal” – an attending in the ER. She finds that some of the procedures have changed since she was Chief – and some of the staff wish she still was Chief. There is another new intern besides Gates – Hope. She seems bright but is excitable, and seems distracted with her faith. Unfortunately, it seems she is also quite pretty and the male staff all seem to notice, to Kerry’s distress. But as a patient crashes, all Hope seems to be able to do is recite the 23rd Psalm. Morris, however, puts a move on her, and she in turn invites him to Bible class, and he agrees. Timmy Rowland is back, and seems to be filling in at the desk. 28.07.2006 Daisy http://p086.ezboard.com/baeb Baby's doing well. He's starting to hold his head up. This is good, isn't? This Daisy loves babies, but has no clue about them! Sam wants to talk to Luka about the shooting. The hadn't talk about it yet. Luka says it was not her fault, and if it wasn't for her, he would be dead. Alex's seeing a shrink, but won't talk with her. Luka offers to talk to Alex, Sam declines, says Luka has enough problems on his own. Sam tells Luka she's fine. Luka tells her to not blame herself. What she had to do was self-defense. Morris and his convertible! He's the greatest American hero! The new interns are Hope, Solomon and Gates. Luka, Pratt and Ray show them around. Hope prays for the patients and bonds with them. That means she learns everything that there's to learn about their sad lives! Who was the sweetheart here who called that Kerry Weaver would go back to ER as an attending? She was right! Kerry's happy being back to ER, says it's the first time in a long time she's back to doctoring and only doctoring. But Kerry Weaver's still our beloved ER bitch! Pratt tells the new folks she's very experienced and she asks if he's calling her a fossil. Yay! Yes, Kerry's back to ER, but she's a bit out of the game, some rules changed. Haleh says she liked it better when Weaver was on charge. Yes, Hope's very religious. I would say Christian, but this Daisy is Jewish and knows nothing about the Christian brands. Abby's strolling him along the river and Neela meets her. Abby's not happy Morris came along. Morris' 'offended', say it's Aunt Archie. Awww. Neela thinks the baby's cute. Morris thinks baby looks like Luka. Pratt and Gates hate each other guts. It's serious kids! They are going to kill each ohter. Or they will make up! Ray thinks Hope's hot. Kerry's disgusted because he's... a dog. Our Morris' brave, though. He wants to go on a date with Hope. She asks if he has accepted Jesus as his savior. He says he thought about it, but he's lying, kids! Hope sets their date... during her bible group. Bennet's a crossdresser and he and James Anderson have been together for 15 years. Oh, kids, we all know what happens next. Anderson's family never knew he was gay. Now, that he's dying, Bennet can not make the decisions about his partner's health care. The family calls Anderson a degenerate. Bennet's desperate. Anderson'ss dying. It's Neela's first day upstairs. Rosenfeld's evil! Evil! Neela has a difficult day, but Gates supports her. Gates screws up with Anderson, Pratt's though on him. At the end of the day, Neela and Gates bond and talk about getting a coffee sometime. Then, all the lights went off for a second. Neela's still living at Abby's old apartment. At night, she watches TV, drinks a beer and watches a photo of Gallant. Poor Neela!!! Sam's still living at Elliot's house. She cries at night, while Alex sleeps. Poor Sam!!!! Abby and Luka are still living at his apartment. At night, they watch baby Joe sleep between them. Gates, Pratt and Sam take care of the Bennet/Anderson case. Gates lies to help Bennet, but he's still has a lot ot learn. Pratt and Gates hate each other's guts! Angela appears first in this episode. An old delusional lady thinks Chuny is JLo! No! When Morris tells Abby the baby looks like Luka, she replies that people say babies usually look more like the father at first, and it's Nature's way so they are not insecure and kill their parents. Me thinks Abby's just jealous baby looks like daddy. Don't you think the world needs more babies looking like Luka? I do!!!

Starley: Мария посмотрим....

Lubasha : Starley

13.06 Heart of the Matter Morris is elected by a group not in authority to do some sort of tv appearance and brings in a pedicurist and makeup artist to help him prepare. Kerry finds out. Luka’s story centers around two events: the juror’s decision is out and appears to be in his favor. But at the end of the evening, Mr. Ames shows up at the ER wanting to talk to Luka. Meanwhile, Luka treats a man injured while riding his Harley. The MRI’s show a cancer, thought to be in remission, has metastasized in his brain. Rice’s wife agrees to tell him the bad news, but changes her mind. Luka is angry, saying Rice should be told the truth. Mrs. Rice argues that Rice should be allowed time without fearing the worst, and to take his vacations. Luka threatens to tell him the truth, but in the end, does not. He orders Mrs. Rice to not allow Rice to be in situations where someone else might be hurt. The man who hit Rice is also injured. Abby treats him, Neela comes to consult, and Neela ends up in surgery for the man. Neela’s actions seem to get her in hot water with Crenshaw, and she ends up telling the wife the man died. The wife goes into cardiac arrest, and without a history suggesting an MI, Neela surmises it is “Broken Heart Syndrome.” The woman survives, saying she saw her husband and was able to say goodbye. Meanwhile, Gates continues his flirting with Neela, and Ray’s jealousy is evident, event to Neela’s med student, Katiey (who recently came on to Ray). Gates treats Josie for an injured ankle. She’s a special needs student who is found to be naked in her bed. The girl’s father at first dismisses her actions because of “her condition” and even more, is not worried that his 15-year old is not aware of birth control methods. But Gates convinces the father his daughter she needs to be protected as her illness prevents her from being able to say no. Dawn is the new nurse from New Orleans and she gets to meet the ER staff and the various patients. Kerry works on a man who has sand in his eye, and although there is nothing seriously wrong, the man insists on more tests. Finally, Sam in the one to kick him out. Meanwhile, Pratt meets a radiologist who brings Rice’s x-rays to the ER. He flirts, she flirts back. At the end of the episode, after a meal at Pratt’s apartment that he’s cooked, as just about as things get steamy, Chaz, Pratt’s half-brother shows up. Turns out he’s moving in with Pratt, even though Pratt thought it would be on Friday, not tonight, Thursday. And more meanwhile, Abby is waiting on a call from her pediatrician and asks Frank to page her if the call comes in. And early on, we learn that Luka is “worn out” because the baby is not sleeping. Towards the end, Luka begs off going home because of his workload, and Haleh apparently convinces Abby to go out with the girls. Haleh, Chuny, Hope, Dawn, Katey, Weaver, Sam, Abby and Neel visit Ikes. Neela is drunk. Sam says she would shag Pratt and shoot Morris. The party seems to continue thereafter.

Lubasha : The verdict is in, Luka is found not guilty by the jury, but he seems to found himself guilty by default. Kerry is supportive of him, sharing her own experiences with malpractice and encouraging him to not hide away as he was apparently doing at work. No indication as to Abby's response. Ames turns up in the ER to see Luka after the verdict, no more info than that. Abby says she and Luka are supposed to see some film about the Dubrovnik mafia (sounds like she's probably mocking it) that night, but Luka tells her he needs to work late (maybe to talk to Ames?) and Haleh invites Abby to Ike's with a bunch of the other women including Neela who is apparently quite drunk, Sam, Dawn (new nurse from New Orleans), Kerry and others. hey, of course, are discussing which of the ER staff they would sleep with, continuing TPTB's fascination with crudeness. Sam would do Morris, I guess after Steve, Morris doesn't look too bad. The new nurse likes Pratt. Morris is assigned to do a TV interview after no one else wants to do it and gets hair and makeup people, etc to come to the ER to glam him up, Kerry is not amused. Josie is the Asperger's patient. She attends a special school and is brought to the ER with an ankle fracture incurred while playing basketball. She is quite verbal, not the typical Asperger's from what I know of it. She does spend a lot of time talking about bus routes, etc. in a sort of Asbergery way (sorry for the adjective). Gates is taking care of her, she mentions his pecs and says he shouldn't hide them under a white coat. She makes other inappropriate comments and, at one point, strips naked and, when he enters the cubicle, she shouts, "Happy Birthday!". When her parents come in, they confirm that she frequently gets naked in public and makes suggestive comments. Gates convinces them she is at risk and gets her started on Depo provera for birth control and teaches her how to use condoms. She initially hopes he is going to have sex with her, he clears that up right away. A man is brought in after a motorcycle accident, CT indicates he has brain mets. His wife arrives and it seems he had surgery for pancreatic ca a couple years ago and now it has recurred and he doesn't have much time. She doesn't want to tell him because he was so depressed after his initial dx and he is now in such a good frame of mind. They are planning on going to Provence for the holidays and are very excited. Luka wants to tell him and get hospice involved, the wife says she will tell him herself, but doesn't. She convinces Luka that he needs to take this trip with her and that telling him is going to ruin what little time is left. Luka finally agrees and makes her promise that her husband will not drive ever again and that she will make sure to keep him safe. He apparently gives the guy meds for seizures and also maybe steroids for cerebral edema. The guy says his wife is in charge of all his meds and to just give her the info. Luka tells her Provence is beautiful (it sure is). Neela loses a patient in the OR with Dubenko and Crenshaw is pissed at her because she went to the OR and he was left to do scut in the ER. He apparently reams her out, which probably is why she is drunk at Ike's. When Neela tells the patient's wife that he has died, she faints in the surgery waiting room where Abby had brought her to wait. When Abby leaves the ER, she tells Frank to page her if her pediatrician calls, no idea what that is about. Since she goes out to Ike's with the girls and Luka is working late, it doesn't seem likely that the baby is sick. Pratt flirts with the new radiologist and ends up taking her back to his place where they have dinner. Just as he is getting frisky, his brother Chaz shows up with all his stuff. It seems he is moving in with Pratt, who thought he wasn't going to turn up until the next day.
